Requirements
- 6+ years of professional experience in Python development, including deploying production-grade applications.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Mastery of Python.
- Strong understanding of backend and API development, database design, and software architecture patterns.
- Ability to interact with AI programming IDEs like Cursor, Windsurf, and Antigravity to improve productivity without sacrificing standards or vibe-coding unmaintainable code.
- Fluent in git.
- Working ability with the Linux command line.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in team-driven environments.
- Analytical mindset with a strong focus on problem-solving.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup culture.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to cutting-edge technologies.
- Pride in one’s code.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with calling LLMs through code.
- Experience with MongoDB or Azure Cosmos DB.
- Experience with using Azure.
- Experience with Azure AI Search.
- Experience in the domain of corporate transactional taxes.
- Using GitKraken a plus.
Responsibilities
- Build robust enterprise software solutions with modern architectures and best practices.
- Enhance data retrieval from structured/unstructured sources, optimize application performance, and ensure scalability.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including domain experts and product managers, to deliver solutions aligned with business needs.
- Guide and support junior developers to foster technical growth within the team.
