Contributes in the development of documentation best practices for the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Serves as communications liaison and responsible for raising awareness of programs and initiatives to internal and external audiences.
  • Answers inquiries from news media and general public regarding institutional activities.
  • Assists reporters, photographers and designers with interviews and publications.
  • Develops and writes institutional news, informational articles, and stories for local and national networks and publications.
  • May meet with high profile clients, such as government officials, helps facilitate VIP patient experience, and represents organization at community functions.
