AudioEye runs PR like a newsroom, publishing original research, placing executive thought leadership, and earning third-party validation. This role is responsible for extending AudioEye's share of voice in the accessibility category into the EU. It is a writing-heavy, fast-turn role that involves drafting bylines, pitching research to trade editors, writing press releases, cold pitching editors, and filing same-day commentary on relevant news. The Senior Public Relations Manager will own the PR content calendar, media list, awards and speaking pipeline, customer case studies, and a monthly budget for paid byline placement. This role will work directly with the CEO and collaborate with content, social, and customer teams. There is no agency support, and the role requires proactive initiative. Key contributions include owning a rolling calendar of releases, bylines, data stories, and reactive commentary; merchandising original research by vertical; developing bylines and commentary for executives on AI and accessibility, global compliance readiness, and accessibility as a tech stack layer; creating proactive story angles and timely commentary; building and maintaining media contact lists; pursuing industry awards, customer awards, executive recognitions, and speaking engagements; developing region-specific programs for the European Accessibility Act; aligning with content, social, SEO, revenue, and executive comms teams; tracking and analyzing share of voice, sentiment, media pickups, and earned traffic; interviewing customers and writing case studies; and managing the G2 presence, including review volume and profile updates.
