About The Position

SOCOTEC is seeking a Senior Proposal Coordinator to join their team in Irvine, CA. This role involves working closely with the marketing team in San Diego, CA, and team members in various locations to prepare marketing documents, qualifications proposals, SF330 documents, and presentation materials in response to RFPs/Qs. The position requires regular engagement with the team to ensure timely submittal of deliverables, preparation and updating of technical resumes and project write-ups, and assistance with maintaining the template/content library and CRM program. The role also includes various other marketing-related tasks.

Requirements

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (professional InDesign work experience required)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
5 or more years' experience performing similar services with A/E/C (architecture, engineering, or construction) firms
Strong work ethic
Teamwork perspective and desire to support marketing initiatives
Ability to collaborate with internal teams and departments
Positive attitude, detail oriented, and ability to problem solve
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to use experience and judgment to accomplish goals and meet demanding deadlines
Comfortable working under pressure and able to handle multiple tasks
Strong grammar and creative writing skills
Ability to work independently when needed

Responsibilities
