The Senior Property Manager (CRE) is responsible for managing the Property Management staff and overseeing a significant portfolio of properties. This role also serves as a key point of contact for third-party relationships. The Senior Property Manager will direct, coordinate, and exercise functional responsibility for property management business, providing overall leadership through policy development, program interpretation, and strategic coordination. They will lead the Property Management staff, fostering career development, and will be responsible for tracking budget variances, overseeing the billing process, monitoring cash flow, and preparing essential reports and budgets for owners. This role involves maintaining strong relationships with third-party owners, ensuring contract compliance and accurate reporting, resolving tenant issues, conducting property inspections, and overseeing construction projects. Compliance with all Property Management Policies and Procedures, codes, regulations, and governmental directives is crucial.
