The Senior Property Manager (CRE) is responsible for managing the Property Management staff and overseeing a significant portfolio of properties. This role also serves as a key point of contact for third-party relationships. The position involves directing and coordinating property management business, providing leadership through policy development and interpretation, and ensuring effective strategy implementation. A key aspect of the role is to provide direction and leadership to the Property Management staff, fostering career development. The Senior Property Manager will track budget variances, oversee the billing and payment processes, monitor cash flow, and prepare essential reports and budgets for owners. They will also ensure prompt collection of management fees and reimbursements, maintain strong relationships with third-party owners, resolve tenant issues, conduct property inspections, and oversee construction projects. Compliance with all property management policies, procedures, codes, and regulations is essential.
