  • Ability to learn and effectively use various real estate and construction software packages.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience and 5+ years’ progressive experience in commercial and retail real estate management preferred.
  • Certified Property Manager or Real Property Administrator designation or candidacy preferred.
  • Development/Construction experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Oversee property operations.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong tenant relations.
  • Conduct property inspections.
  • Prepare annual budget, periodic reforecasts, and financial reports.
  • Supervise and mentor members of the team.
  • Bid and oversee service contracts.
  • Oversee rent collection and report on accounts receivable.
  • Oversee service contracts and periodic rebids.
  • Bid and oversee capital and tenant improvement construction projects.
  • Maintain accurate lease, property, and vendor files.
  • Effectively communicate with supervisor, tenants, and team.
  • Manage jurisdictional requirements & regulations on behalf of Owner.
  • Oversee site development and construction activities.
