About The Position
Are you an experienced Property Manager looking for an exciting opportunity to manage a growing portfolio on the west side? As our Senior Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of about 20 apartment buildings. You will be responsible for leasing, collections and basis maintenance. Requirements
- Apartment property management experience overseeing dozens of buildings
- Maintenance and leasing expertise
- Knowledge of property management software such as Yardi, AppFolio, Buildium, or similar platforms
- A car, valid driver's license, and car insurance

- Overseeing a portfolio of about 20 apartment buildings

- Managing on-site staff such as leasing agents, maintenance technicians, and janitorial staff
