ICF seeks a highly motivated Senior Project Specialist to lead assistance engagements with American Indian and Alaska Native (AI/AN) grantee communities in the development of capacity building, sustainability planning and compliance assistance for federal grantees. This role ensures that grant recipients receive high quality, trauma-informed support that strengthens their ability to develop, expand, and sustain services for victims of crime, including victims of human trafficking, child sexual abuse, domestic violence, elder abuse, and families of Missing or Murdered Indigenous Persons (MMIP). The successful candidate excels at communicating and is skilled at establishing and maintaining partnerships. They also have extensive experience working with Indigenous communities, understand the unique regional challenges to program implementation, incorporate a culturally humble approach across all aspects of their work and are respectful of tribal sovereignty. This position will support clients in specific regions, therefore we are seeking candidates located in the mid-west, pacific northwest, and the southwest - Alaska, Arizona, California, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Texas. This position requires obtaining a Public Trust Clearance PRIOR to the start date.
