About The Position

This Senior PMM role is at the heart of Smokeball’s global product marketing team. You’ll shape messaging and positioning for key US segments, bring products to market with creative, insight-led GTM strategies, and partner closely with Product, Sales, Enablement, and Marketing to drive growth. The fun part? There’s no dusty playbook to follow. You’ll help build it alongside a passionate team, balancing strategy with hands-on execution while working on some of Smokeball’s most exciting and commercially impactful initiatives.

Requirements

  • 7+ years' experience in Product Marketing within a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven success delivering GTM launches, strategic campaigns, and commercial growth through compelling messaging and storytelling.
  • Experience partnering with senior cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Client Success.
  • Strong analytical mindset, using customer insights and data to shape strategy and measure impact.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Curious, adaptable, and excited to leverage AI tools to improve research, content creation, and productivity.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in legal tech, professional services, or SMB software.
  • Familiarity with GTM tools such as Salesforce, Gong, or Pardot.
  • Experience using AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini.

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve Smokeball's messaging and positioning across key US products, practice areas, and market segments.
  • Create compelling value propositions and product narratives that support customer acquisition and growth.
  • Partner with Sales Enablement & Marketing to develop and refresh sales and deep-funnel marketing assets, including pitch decks, one-pagers, battlecards, blogs, and demo content.
  • Stay across the North American legal tech landscape, translating market and competitor insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Leverage Voice of Customer insights (examples: interviews, surveys, win/loss reviews & Gong calls) to inform product roadmap, messaging and GTM campaign strategy.
  • Partner with Product to build and maintain ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and buyer personas across key US market segments.
  • Lead GTM strategy and execution for major North American product launches in partnership with Product, Marketing, and Client Success.
  • Use customer, market, and competitive insights to influence product strategy and identify growth opportunities.
  • Track success metrics and deliver programs that drive product adoption, customer growth, and new business.
