We are searching for an exceptionally skilled Senior Project & Manufacturing Engineering Manager who thrives in a dynamic environment. This role demands a proven leader who can flawlessly guide product development and new product introductions. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in engineering
  • 10+ years in Manufacturing Engineering.
  • Proven success in delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
  • Experience managing vendor and supplier contracts.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, project management platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, production schedules, and important metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with schedule, budget, and technical requirements.
  • Act as the senior technical lead for new product builds, providing feedback on manufacturability and serviceability.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans with detailed schedules.
  • Prioritize resources and manage multidisciplinary teams while providing mentorship.
  • Monitor budgets, manage costs, and identify savings opportunities.
  • Identify risks and ensure adherence to safety, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, partners, and suppliers.
