Senior Project Manager
About The Position
The purpose of your role as a Senior Project Manager is to provide project management support during all phases of HVAC construction to ensure project standards, budget, deadlines, and communications are maintained. As a Senior Construction Project Manager, you will manage safety compliance, foster a culture of safety, handle document control and review, manage the scope of work, perform basic schedule management and field resource allocation, oversee procurement management and coordination, assist with estimation, manage financial aspects, and develop, build, and maintain relationships. You will also support the sales process.
Requirements
- Must be willing to travel
- 8+ years of construction Project Management experience
- 8+ years of strong understanding of mechanical systems
- 8+ years of ability to read and comprehend construction documents
- 8+ years of knowledge of design techniques, tools and principles
- 8+ years Business administration and management principles including, but not limited to: Company operations and financials, Business finance, Customer relations, Business development and project sales strategies, Legal aspects of construction industry
