Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Salesforce Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex Salesforce initiatives across the organization. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce platforms, strong project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business transformation and CRM excellence.

Requirements

5+ years of project management experience, preferably focused on Salesforce implementations.
Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Salesforce integrations, APIs, and third-party applications.
Familiarity with CPQ/Revenue Cloud/Agent Force Revenue Management.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Salesforce projects in collaboration with our business partners
Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
Manage project budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
Collaborate with business analysts, developers, architects, and QA teams to ensure successful delivery.
Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and change management policies.
Provide regular status updates to executive leadership and stakeholders.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and Salesforce optimization.
