About The Position
We are looking to recruit an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team in the Major Projects Capital Deliver Team, delivering critical water and wastewater projects with budgets of up to £100 million as part of our 5-year AMP cycle. Requirements
- Proven experience in delivering complex infrastructure projects—ideally within utilities, water, or construction
- Thrives on solving problems and driving progress
- Strategic thinker who can unite multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders around clear goals
- Confident managing risk, forecasting with precision, and balancing commercial priorities while delivering to time, cost and quality
- Full, UK Driving Licence & access to a vehicle is essential
Responsibilities
- End-to-end project leadership—meeting schedule, quality, and budget objectives
- Creating and managing project schedules including key milestones (design, procurement, stakeholder sign-off, construction, etc.)
- Driving efficiency, facilitating collaboration, and resolving challenges quickly to keep the programme on track
- Coordinating internal teams and external partners, ensuring clear communication and shared goals
- Reporting on progress, forecasting, and risk to inform business decisions and reduce exposure
- Supporting strategic programme clarity alongside the Senior Project Manager
