About The Position

Project Managers at Capgemini are responsible for overseeing projects, engagements, contracts, and activities on a daily basis. They are tasked with delivering high-quality results within defined objectives and constraints, ensuring efficient use of allocated resources. Key aspects of the role include managing risks and issues, handling project and engagement communication, and engaging with stakeholders. Project managers perform essential functions such as planning, organizing, securing, monitoring, and managing resources and work to achieve specific project goals and objectives effectively and efficiently. For this grade, the role specifically involves ensuring client needs are met through the formulation, development, implementation, and delivery of application solutions based on approved service requests. Project Managers are also responsible for the overall project or engagement plan, budget, structure, schedule, and staffing requirements for the delivery organization, ensuring that projects meet deliverables on schedule, within scope, within budget, and to quality standards.

  • Responsibility for the overall project or engagement plan, budget, structure, schedule and staffing requirements for the delivery organization
  • Ensuring that the project meets its deliverables in an agreed schedule, according to the scope, within stipulated budget, and to quality standards
