About The Position

Provides specialized expertise in a specific field, working independently and leading projects of moderate risk and complexity. Mentors junior staff or manages projects to ensure successful execution and delivery. Possesses strong problem-solving skills to provide professional advice and solutions that align with and support the organization’s broader goals. Leads or coordinates projects and programs from initiation through completion, overseeing planning, resourcing, staffing, scheduling, and execution to ensure successful delivery. Manages project progress, risks, and issues, and provides regular reporting to stakeholders to ensure outcomes meet agreed requirements for scope, quality, reliability, timeline, and cost. Coordinates cross‑functional teams, resources, and, where applicable, suppliers or subcontractors, and monitors performance against plans. Identifies and recommends adjustments to schedules, budgets, or resourcing to address changing requirements or risks, ensuring projects and programs are delivered efficiently and in alignment with organisational objectives.
