About The Position

Vixxo is seeking a full-time Senior Project Manager to sit out of our Dallas office. The Senior Project Manager reports to the VP, Projects and assumes the responsibility of managing a large volume of HVAC and Refrigeration projects on a national basis. This is a job for someone who has experience working with a national retailer and overseeing multiple projects from inception to completion.

Requirements

• Ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships
• Ability to build and track budgets/ experience working with financials
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking

Nice To Haves

• 5 to 7 years of Project Management experience preferred
• Bachelors degree in business or related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Organize, implement, analyze, report, and complete various project scopes of work on time, on budget, and on task.
• Work directly with the client as required to meet their needs.
• Act as a company spokesperson with the client.
• Manage service providers to ensure client’s needs are being met and ensuring that everything is completed per project scope of work.
• Manage subcontractors
• Prepare estimates with the necessary level of detail for all design stages.
• Prepare take-off
• Build and maintain cost of goods.
