About The Position

SLS Consultants is a growing real estate development and construction consulting firm working in Data Center, Advanced Manufacturing, Life Science, and Healthcare markets. The Senior Project Manager will manage pharmaceutical-industry projects from conception through completion, overseeing project execution to support on-time, on-budget delivery that meets quality, safety, and performance standards. The role involves coordinating stakeholders, managing schedules and budgets, mitigating risks, and delivering efficient, cost-effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in real estate development, construction, or design.
• Strong project management, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, manage schedules and budgets, mitigate risks, and deliver efficient, cost-effective solutions.
• Proficiency in project management tools, project accounting, and construction drawings.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Management, or a related area; equivalent experience will be considered.
• Pharmaceutical experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project progress and identify schedule, cost, quality, and operational risks.
• Review contractor schedules, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and progress reports for compliance with project requirements.
• Participate in construction and coordination meetings and provide updates to stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Track procurement activities and long-lead equipment to support project milestones and critical path requirements.
• Assist in managing project documentation, meeting minutes, action items, and reporting deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with project safety standards, quality requirements, and client expectations.
• Support continuous improvement of project management processes, procedures, and best practices.
