The Senior Project Manager leads the coordination of complex interfaces across multiple construction disciplines, ensuring alignment, integration, and efficient project delivery. This role is responsible for driving communication among stakeholders, subcontractors, and consultants, proactively resolving conflicts, and implementing robust interface management strategies. The position also oversees risk identification and mitigation, ensures compliance with project and contractual requirements, and provides leadership in optimizing coordination processes across the project lifecycle.
