Requirements

Bachelor’s degree preferred with a minimum of five (5) years of experience managing projects and budgets; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
Must have a high level of attention to detail and the ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints
Proficient with Windows based programs, ERP/CRM systems, possess a good understanding/use of Excel
Must possess a Valid Driver’s License and good driving record

Nice To Haves

Experience with construction software such as Procore

Responsibilities

Ensure construction project objectives are met by specified date and within budget by effectively planning, directing, and coordinating activities
Manage full lifecycle of external subcontractor partners: sourcing, onboarding, performance management, and retention
Review project plans and specs to determine time frame, budget parameters, field staffing requirements and allotment of available resources for the various phases of the project
Direct and coordinate activities to ensure project is on schedule and within budgeted scope; review status reports prepared by staff and make changes where needed
Responsible for financial success of projects
