Senior Project Manager

Requirements
- 10+ years of construction project management experience
- 5+ years managing large commercial, industrial, municipal, healthcare, education, or design-build projects
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, or related field preferred
- Strong understanding of construction contracts, budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and project controls
- Experience leading multiple projects and cross-functional teams simultaneously
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and contract documents
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong financial and operational management experience
- Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar construction management software
- Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety best practices
- Strategic mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence
Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale and complex construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Develop and oversee project budgets, schedules, staffing plans, and execution strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and project stakeholders
- Provide leadership and mentorship to Project Managers, Project Coordinators, and field teams
- Drive schedule adherence and ensure project milestones are achieved
- Resolve challenges and make critical decisions to maintain project success
- Ensure quality, safety, and client satisfaction remain top priorities
- Support business development efforts and contribute to long-term company growth
