About The Position

As a Project Manager in our Qualitative space, you will play an instrumental role in connecting our clients with thought leaders in the healthcare & life sciences sector. This role is client facing, and candidates are expected to be proficient in written and verbal professional communication with senior leadership and clients. Sermo provides an outlet for our clients to connect 1:1 with qualified physicians, allied healthcare professionals, and key opinion leaders on demand.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in Qualitative market research or related field
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Research, or related field
• Ability to work cross functionally with other Sermo teams to achieve our clients research goals

Nice To Haves

• Experience in healthcare, pharma or medicine is strongly preferred
• Experience in a client or customer facing role is strongly preferred
• Experience in Market Research is strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Own successful project outcomes by working directly with clients to achieve their qualitative research outcomes
• Oversee Project Leaders and Associates in line with established KPIs.
• Manage performance conversations and ongoing training of a team.
• Manage client project escalations and overall project communication.
• Ensure performance is aligned to internal and external project and people management SOP expectations
• Participate in and lead training and onboarding of new team members
• Support training and coaching of recruitment approaches with more junior managers and associates
• Liaise with Quality Assurance, Compliance and Operations to communicate, train and oversee Adverse Event Reporting activities depending on client requirements.
