About The Position

As a Senior Project Manager, your key responsibilities will be to lead multiple projects to ensure profitable and timely completion; manage teams and resources to meet safety, quality, and budget expectations; and build and maintain strong client and subcontractor relationships through proactive communication and collaboration. Requirements

10+ years of project management experience, preferably in pipeline, energy, or heavy civil construction
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project scheduling software
Strong leadership and team management abilities, including hiring, training and developing employees
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a focus on client satisfaction and project profitability
Willingness to travel to project sites frequently

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field
Experience with B2W is a plus
