About The Position

Emplify Health is seeking a driven Senior Project Manager to join our Project Delivery team and make a lasting impact on healthcare delivery. As a Senior Project Manager, you'll lead the charge on mid-to-large-scale projects, utilizing advanced project management concepts and tools to keep projects on track, on budget, and on time. You will develop comprehensive plans, break them down into actionable steps, and drive effective execution. Continuous assessment of project performance, identification of areas for improvement, and implementation of adjustments for optimized outcomes are key. You will also guide and empower team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Engineering, or related field.
4-7 years' experience in project management execution, with a proven track record of managing complex projects and leading teams.
Demonstrated knowledge and application of advanced concepts and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Passion for equipping team members with skills and knowledge to succeed.
Collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels.

Nice To Haves

Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), Project Management Professional (PMP) or Project Management Institute Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certifications preferred
