About The Position

We're looking for a Senior Project Manager with a Business Analysis or Product Management background to lead strategic initiatives end-to-end - from process analysis and solution design through to implementation and automation. You combine strong project management skills with analytical thinking to drive meaningful improvements at both the team and company levels.

Requirements

• 4+ years of project management experience
• Background in Business Analysis or Product Management
• Proven track record of improving business processes and implementing changes into products or operations
• Experience managing cross-functional teams across business and technical stakeholders
• Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English

Nice To Haves

• hands-on experience implementing AI into products or processes with measurable results
• proficiency in no-code/low-code tools (n8n, Zapier, Make, Bubble, Bolt, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects simultaneously across departments, delivering on time, within scope, and on budget
• Own end-to-end project delivery: planning, solution design, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management
• Analyze workflows and business processes to identify inefficiencies and translate them into actionable requirements
• Drive process improvements through process modeling, data analysis, and gap analysis
• Lead change management efforts, ensuring smooth transitions and stakeholder buy-in
• Coordinate cross-functional teams on the integration of systems, processes, and technology solutions
• Keep stakeholders aligned throughout - requirements gathering, progress updates, and expectation management
