About The Position

Providence is calling for Senior Project Manager - Remote The Senior Performance Improvement Project Manager is primarily responsible for supporting business processes needed to meet the strategic and operational objectives of Revenue Cycle operations. Primary duties include data analysis for process improvement, leading strategic and operational meetings across the markets and collaborating with market leaders on presentations to Executive Leadership. Additionally, the Senior Revenue Cycle Associate facilitates business process design and research efforts leading to documentation of both current and future states, business requirements, data flow diagrams, report specifications, enhancements, etc. Providence caregivers are not simply valued – they’re invaluable. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare or Business Administration or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Training in project management, change management and process improvement methodologies (e.g. PMP/PMI, Agile, CAP, Workout, Six Sigma, LEAN, CQIA, etc.).
  • 5 years of experience Project management experience managing complex projects and/or programs using PM methodologies and software, managing projects with multiple project teams, managing process standards and project objectives.
  • 5 years of presentation and facilitation experience.
  • Experience making formal and informal presentations to senior and executive management and key stakeholders.

  • Master's Degree
  • 3 years Healthcare industry experience
