Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
8+ years of experience in project management, project controls, PMO, commissioning, program management, or capital project delivery
Experience managing multiple stakeholders across technical, operational, and business functions
Strong understanding of project management principles, capital project delivery processes, and project lifecycle governance.
Experience with project controls functions including scheduling, cost management, forecasting, risk management, and change control
Experience supporting commissioning, startup, system turnover, operational readiness, or project closeout activities
Experience implementing, supporting, or utilizing PMIS platforms and project controls systems.
Familiarity with digital project delivery, data analytics, workflow automation, and reporting tools

Experience leveraging AI-enabled reporting, forecasting, schedule analysis, or project performance monitoring tools
Experience working within consulting, owner, EPCM, engineering, construction, infrastructure, manufacturing, energy, utilities, real estate, or industrial environments
Experience leading cross-functional teams and client-facing engagements

Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, governance, and successful delivery of complex capital projects and programs from initiation through closeout.
Manage project controls activities across cost, schedule, forecasting, estimating, progress measurement, risk management, and change control.
Develop and maintain integrated project schedules, execution plans, performance metrics, forecasts, and reporting dashboards to drive informed decision-making.
Facilitate governance meetings, executive reviews, stakeholder workshops, and project communications to ensure alignment across teams and leadership.
Prepare and deliver executive-level reports, presentations, and performance updates that clearly communicate project status, risks, and key decisions.
Partner with engineering, procurement, construction, operations, quality, and contractor teams to optimize project performance and achieve delivery objectives.
Support commissioning, startup, turnover, and operational readiness activities, ensuring seamless project handover and system completion.
Identify project risks, issues, and opportunities while developing mitigation strategies, recovery plans, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Leverage PMIS platforms, digital delivery tools, workflow automation, data analytics, and AI-enabled solutions to enhance project execution, forecasting, and reporting.
Contribute to business growth through proposal development, client presentations, solution development, project management best practices, and strategic client engagement.
