Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in project management, project controls, PMO, commissioning, program management, or capital project delivery
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders across technical, operational, and business functions
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, capital project delivery processes, and project lifecycle governance.
  • Experience with project controls functions including scheduling, cost management, forecasting, risk management, and change control
  • Experience supporting commissioning, startup, system turnover, operational readiness, or project closeout activities
  • Experience implementing, supporting, or utilizing PMIS platforms and project controls systems.
  • Familiarity with digital project delivery, data analytics, workflow automation, and reporting tools

  • Experience supporting PMIS implementations, PMO transformations, or digital project delivery initiatives
  • Experience leveraging AI-enabled reporting, forecasting, schedule analysis, or project performance monitoring tools
  • Experience working within consulting, owner, EPCM, engineering, construction, infrastructure, manufacturing, energy, utilities, real estate, or industrial environments
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and client-facing engagements

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, governance, and successful delivery of complex capital projects and programs from initiation through closeout.
  • Manage project controls activities across cost, schedule, forecasting, estimating, progress measurement, risk management, and change control.
  • Develop and maintain integrated project schedules, execution plans, performance metrics, forecasts, and reporting dashboards to drive informed decision-making.
  • Facilitate governance meetings, executive reviews, stakeholder workshops, and project communications to ensure alignment across teams and leadership.
  • Prepare and deliver executive-level reports, presentations, and performance updates that clearly communicate project status, risks, and key decisions.
  • Partner with engineering, procurement, construction, operations, quality, and contractor teams to optimize project performance and achieve delivery objectives.
  • Support commissioning, startup, turnover, and operational readiness activities, ensuring seamless project handover and system completion.
  • Identify project risks, issues, and opportunities while developing mitigation strategies, recovery plans, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Leverage PMIS platforms, digital delivery tools, workflow automation, data analytics, and AI-enabled solutions to enhance project execution, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Contribute to business growth through proposal development, client presentations, solution development, project management best practices, and strategic client engagement.
