Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting required; CPA preferred; MBA is a plus.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in client services, consulting, or professional services.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire teams while staying hands-on with project execution.
• Exceptional time and project management skills across multiple clients and deliverables.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and modern collaboration/project management tools.
• A growth mindset with a passion for learning, mentoring, and continuous improvement.
• High integrity, client-first mentality, and a deep sense of ownership.
