About The Position

SLS Consultants is seeking a Senior Project Manager to play a pivotal role in ensuring client success. The role manages projects from conception through completion and delivers high-quality, cost-effective solutions. The Senior Project Manager serves as an extension of the client, oversees project progress and on-site construction, and coordinates project contracts, schedules, budgets, costs, quality, compliance, and the procurement and installation of furniture, equipment, and fixtures.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in real estate development, construction, or design.
• Proficiency in project management tools, project accounting, and construction drawings.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Management, or a related area is strongly preferred; equivalent experience is considered.
• Experience in data centers, semiconductors, or healthcare is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and report on project progress, advocate for clients’ best interests, and keep clients informed throughout the project.
• Review and negotiate contracts, manage change orders, and ensure projects meet compliance standards.
• Oversee on-site construction activities and collaborate with contractors and subcontractors.
• Maintain project schedules, identify and mitigate risks, and keep projects on track for completion.
• Analyze budgets, manage project costs, and track expenses.
• Ensure construction quality and oversee procurement and installation of furniture, equipment, and fixtures.
