We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager who wants to lead high-impact industrial and electrical construction projects while helping shape the future growth of our Aberdeen operations. Based out of our Aberdeen, South Dakota office, this role will oversee complex projects from pre-construction through completion while driving performance related to safety, quality, budgets, schedules, and client satisfaction. Requirements

  • 8+ years of project management experience in industrial, electrical, or construction environments
  • Proven ability to lead large or complex projects successfully
  • Strong understanding of project contracts, budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and cost control
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and make decisions in fast-paced environments
  • Commitment to safety, accountability, and delivering high-quality results

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Technology, or a related field preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex industrial and electrical construction projects from kickoff through final completion
  • Manage project budgets, forecasting, schedules, contracts, and overall financial performance
  • Drive project execution alongside field leadership to ensure safety, productivity, and quality goals are achieved
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
  • Lead project planning, risk management, and problem resolution efforts
  • Oversee change order management, project reporting, and client communication
  • Support operational strategy and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Mentor and support the development of project management team members
