About The Position
Michels Energy Solutions, Inc. (MES) serves as the general contracting and prime contractor arm of Michels, delivering complex energy and industrial infrastructure projects across North America. MES provides turnkey project execution, leveraging Michels' self-perform capabilities to manage every phase of construction, from planning and procurement through field execution and project closeout. With deep expertise in pipelines, gas distribution systems, compressor and pump stations, industrial facilities, utility infrastructure, and energy-related construction, MES partners with clients to safely deliver critical projects that power economies and support growing communities. Requirements
- 10+ years of project management experience, preferably in pipeline, energy, or heavy civil construction
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project scheduling software
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, including hiring, training and developing employees
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a focus on client satisfaction and project profitability
- Willingness to travel to project sites frequently
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field
- experience with B2W is a plus
