About The Position

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading the execution of complex PRIMERA and Artificial Lift Systems (ALS) projects from order entry through customer delivery. This role serves as the primary point of integration between customers, engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, procurement, and service delivery teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with contractual and quality requirements. The position provides project leadership across multiple product lines and manufacturing locations, driving alignment, risk mitigation, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, engineering, manufacturing, operations, or service delivery.
  • Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional projects in a matrix organization.
  • Strong customer-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience managing schedules, risks, action plans, and project deliverables.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP preferred), Microsoft Office Suite, and project management tools.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project execution, planning, scheduling, and delivery activities for strategic customer projects.
  • Serve as the primary customer-facing execution lead, providing project updates, managing expectations, and resolving issues.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Service Delivery.
  • Oversee project documentation, customer deliverables, databooks, inspection plans, and quality requirements.
  • Manage engineering change activities, configuration management, part number releases, and product readiness.
  • Identify, communicate, and mitigate project risks related to schedule, quality, technical execution, and supply chain performance.
  • Coordinate supplier and vendor activities impacting project execution.
