About The Position

This role involves leading large-scale commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout, managing project managers, subcontractors, and client relationships. The Senior Project Manager will oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, and risk management, while driving project profitability and operational excellence to ensure client expectations are consistently exceeded.
Requirements
- 10+ years of commercial construction project management experience
- Proven leadership in managing multiple projects and teams
- Strong financial, scheduling, and contract management skills
- Experience with ground-up and renovation projects
- Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
Responsibilities
