About The Position

Managing a single project is one thing; managing a $50M+ program while overseeing a team of OARs is another. As a Senior Project Manager at LAUSD, you are the high-level accountability point for some of the most complex construction work in the District. You aren't just tracking progress; you’re resolving the high-stakes disputes and disagreements that stop projects in their tracks. You’ll be the bridge between the field teams and the District’s upper management, providing the functional direction needed for cost control, contract administration, and quality. You’ll also be the one coordinating with every major branch of the District—from Environmental Health & Safety to Asset Management—to make sure a project doesn’t just get built, but fits into the District’s long-term goals.
