We are actively seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the planning, design, and delivery of complex ports, coastal, marine, and terminal infrastructure projects for public and private sector clients. This role will oversee multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple projects or programs from concept through construction support while serving as a trusted advisor to key clients. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Coastal, Ocean, or related Engineering discipline.
  • 15+ years of experience delivering port, marine, coastal, or waterfront infrastructure projects (10+ years with an advanced degree).
  • Strong project management experience with complex, multidisciplinary engineering programs.
  • Technical expertise in marine infrastructure, port and terminal planning, coastal engineering, and related waterfront developments.
  • Strong client management, leadership, communication, and business development skills.
  • All new hires will be required to successfully complete and pass a pre-employment (post offer) background check in compliance with NIST 800-171

Nice To Haves

  • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of port, marine, coastal, and terminal infrastructure projects
  • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and commercial performance across multiple assignments
  • Provide technical leadership for port master planning, marine structures, terminal developments, dredging, coastal engineering, and waterfront projects
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across civil, structural, geotechnical, coastal, environmental, mechanical, and electrical disciplines
  • Build and maintain relationships with port authorities, terminal operators, developers, and other industry stakeholders
  • Lead proposals, fee development, contract negotiations, and business development initiatives
  • Mentor engineers, planners, and project managers while helping grow the practice
