About The Position

Garney is hiring a Senior Project Manager to manage and develop a team of Project Managers. The role includes reviewing cost projections, Work In Progress projections, and initial budgets; developing new business; collaborating with a team to create value engineering opportunities; and cultivating and maintaining owner and engineer relations. Previous progressive construction experience is required. The position requires adapting to a flexible schedule, supporting operational needs, responding to urgent matters, and willingness to travel and/or relocate.

Requirements

Previous progressive construction experience.
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Eight years of experience in a supervisory role.
Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule, support operational needs, and respond to urgent matters.
Willingness to travel and/or relocate.

Responsibilities

Manage and develop a team of Project Managers.
Review cost projections and Work In Progress projections.
Review initial budgets.
