About The Position
Mace is a global delivery consultancy that unlocks potential in every person or project and redefines the boundaries of ambition. The company is engaged by a major global financial institution to deliver a significant transformation of an existing corporate asset in NYC. Mace is looking to add a CRE experienced Senior Project Manager to the NYC based team. This role will sit within their growing NYC centered Cities and Places team which covers the CRE, luxury retail, and hospitality sectors across the USA. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a high-energy consultancy team in one of the greatest cities in the world, while delivering a unique service.
Requirements
- 10–15 years’ experience delivering major commercial real estate construction projects.
- Able to work on‑site in New York City five days per week.
- Eligible to obtain a visa to live and work in the United States.
- Proven project management expertise with strong commercial, stakeholder, technical, and safety leadership across complex construction delivery phases.
Responsibilities
- Champion Safety First through visible leadership, HSW compliance, and inclusive wellbeing.
- Deliver client outcomes across the project lifecycle, ensuring quality, programme certainty, and service excellence.
- Maintain integrity through robust budget management, risk mitigation, and sustainable business contribution.
- Lead collaborative teams and stakeholders to achieve KPIs, innovate, and embed best practice.
