The Project Manager position requires the coordination and delivery of multiple, simultaneous projects considered small to medium in complexity with financial impact between $250K and $7M. The Project Manager has fiscal responsibility for all project facets, including project billing, job cost reporting, and overall customer satisfaction. As a Senior Project Manager, you will facilitate the execution of project/program solution plan for clearly defined sub-projects or sub-programs. You will be responsible for delivery of results for the respective process steps. You will guide technical or administrative staff and act as a functional process resource on projects or programs. You will contribute to continuous improvement plan and perform an active role in maintaining functionally focused client relationships. You will be responsible for several projects of varying size. You will obtain PM@Siemens certification for C Projects ($2.5M). You will review project specifications, drawings and project-specific documents to establish project intent. You will develop and maintain a project schedule and coordinate needs with the project team, identifying time-sensitive installation needs. You will manage the requisition of supplies and materials to complete projects. You will review plans and specifications and participate in project cost reviews. You will assist Operations Manager in the solicitation and contracting of subcontractors. You will conduct an orientation for project technicians and provide project documentation, including scope of work, drawings, applicable specifications, application-engineered drawings, project contacts, etc. You will track resources and project progress. You will document project events that impact the schedule, scope of work, and project efficiency. You will pursue project-specific change-order opportunities. You will coordinate and pursue project-specific billing; coordinate with Accounting team and Operations Manager. You will schedule project-specific commissioning resources and provide commissioning documentation. You will expedite the return of project-specific mark-ups for as-built development. You will complete project-specific close-out documentation. You will effectively manage and coordinate subcontractors to meet scope, scheduling, and financial requirements. You will adhere to local, corporate, and OSHA safety policies and procedures; report unsafe conditions and actions.
