About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Senior Project Manager to lead and manage a diverse portfolio of projects. This role requires a professional with strong leadership capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to successfully deliver complex initiatives, including manual line production and validation projects.

Requirements

PMP (Project Management Professional) certification required.
Minimum of 8 years of project management experience.
Proven experience managing diverse projects, including production line, validation, and technology implementation initiatives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

Nice To Haves

Experience in manufacturing or production environments.
Familiarity with validation processes and regulatory requirements.
Demonstrated leadership experience managing cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously from initiation through completion.
Oversee projects related to manual production lines, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with operational standards.
Plan, coordinate, and execute validation projects, ensuring all requirements and regulatory expectations are met.
Lead the implementation of new technologies, ensuring seamless integration into existing processes and alignment with business objectives.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, and track progress against established milestones.
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Meet regularly with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
Communicate project status, updates, and challenges clearly and effectively.
Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and organizational objectives.
