About The Position

The Level III Project Manager leads complex, cross-team software development and data delivery initiatives that are critical to business performance. You operate independently, anticipate risks, and influence stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic objectives. You apply structured project management and Agile practices to ensure predictable delivery, strong stakeholder alignment, and consistent execution discipline. You demonstrate Advanced proficiency in designated project management skill competencies that contribute to improving execution standards beyond your own projects. As part of the PMO, you will reinforce a culture of accountability, transparency, responsiveness, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technology, business, or health-related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of practical experience in software or data project management
  • Experience leading complex cross-team initiatives through the full project lifecycle applying a variety of well-known and proven frameworks and methodologies
  • Strong risk management, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to influence decision-making across teams
  • Advanced proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, and related tools
  • Experience mentoring or coaching team members
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver predictable outcomes

Nice To Haves

  • Professional certification such as PMP and PSM or CSM preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex cross-functional initiatives and multiple concurrent projects
  • Define scope, estimates, schedules, and resource requirements
  • Proactively manage dependencies, risks, and trade-offs across teams
  • Facilitate executive-level updates and decision forums
  • Implement mitigation strategies using structured planning techniques
  • Improve execution practices within and across teams
  • Mentor Level I and II PMs
  • Drive process enhancements that improve delivery performance
