About The Position

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the execution of complex, multi-disciplinary product programs from concept through launch. This is a hands-on project leadership role for someone who thrives on managing several projects at once, keeps a sharp eye on the details, and drives work forward without waiting to be asked. You will coordinate engineering, design, and operations teams to deliver hardware and connected-product programs on time, on budget, and to spec.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects through successful completion.
• Hands-on experience using project management software such as Smartsheet, MS Project, Asana, Monday.com, or Jira.
• Strong attention to detail.
• A track record of identifying and addressing issues before they escalate.
• A proactive, self-driven approach to taking ownership and moving projects forward independently.
• A technical background, or substantial experience managing technical projects, is essential, particularly with programs involving printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs), software development, and mechanical enclosures.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Bluetooth or cellular technologies.
• Experience with connected-product or telematics development.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent project management certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple simultaneous projects across their full lifecycle, balancing competing priorities, timelines, and resources.
• Build and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers, and keep them current as programs evolve.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams spanning electrical, mechanical, software, and operations to keep deliverables aligned and on track
• Track progress against milestones, identify risks and blockers early, and drive issues to resolution.
• Communicate status, decisions, and trade-offs clearly to engineering teams, stakeholders, and leadership.
• Own project documentation and ensure scope, requirements, and changes are captured and controlled.
• Continuously improve project management practices, tooling, and processes across the team.
• Communicates Project status with customers and management, as needed, during the Product Development cycle.
