About The Position

Brookwood Group is seeking experienced owner's representatives and program managers with expertise in corporate headquarters, commercial office buildings, and tenant improvements who are interested in working on a flexible, contract basis. This role offers the flexibility to take on specific projects or provide part-time support while leveraging Brookwood's resources, reputation, and technology platform. We welcome candidates from any U.S. location who are willing to travel to project sites as assignments require. This may be the right fit for individuals who are semi-retired, running their own practice, or simply looking for project-based work that fits their schedule.

Requirements

• 15+ years in construction project management, program management, or owner's representation.
• Demonstrated track record managing corporate and commercial construction projects.
• Strong working relationships with corporate real estate departments, commercial building owners, and private developers.
• Excellent communication skills and executive presence.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as assignments require.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.

Nice To Haves

• Deep experience in corporate headquarters, commercial office buildings, and tenant improvements.
• CCM, PMP, PE, RA, or LEED AP certification.
• Experience with fast-track schedules, tenant coordination, and corporate real estate portfolio management
• Existing client relationships that could benefit from Brookwood's platform.

Responsibilities

• Provide owner's representation on headquarters buildings, office renovations, tenant build-outs, and commercial developments on a project-by-project or part-time basis.
• Serve as the owner's trusted advisor on budget, schedule, quality, and risk management.
• Navigate local building codes, commercial permitting requirements, and tenant coordination protocols.
• Support business development efforts and client relationship development as needed.
• Mentor junior staff and share institutional knowledge.
• Coordinate with Brookwood leadership on project staffing and resource needs.
