About The Position

As a founding member of our rapidly evolving Project Management team, you will provide end-to-end ownership of complex, high-impact new product development (NPD) programs. Because our PMO is a newly established function, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our operational standards, creating deep and meaningful partnerships companywide, and demonstrating project management’s strategic value. You serve as a strategic partner, facilitator, and escalation point—driving alignment at leadership levels, navigating high ambiguity, and setting the standard for execution excellence.

  • Navigates complex, high‑stakes conflicts across teams and leadership levels with sound judgment.
  • Resolves competing priorities constructively, escalating appropriately to protect project outcomes.
  • Maintains composure, clarity, and decisiveness during periods of significant pressure or uncertainty.
  • Sets the tone for teams, helping others remain focused and productive during tight deadlines or critical moments.
  • Builds strong, trust‑based relationships across the organization and influences outcomes through credibility and expertise.
  • Effectively drives commitment, accountability, and follow‑through without relying on formal authority.
  • Continuously monitors program health at both project and portfolio levels, ensuring small gaps or inconsistencies are identified early and do not scale into larger delivery or quality issues.

  • Partner closely with Product Managers, Marketing, R&D, Engineering, Sourcing, Operations, Quality, and Creative at both working and leadership levels.
  • Facilitate high‑impact meetings, drive decision‑making, and ensure alignment on priorities, commitments, and deliverables across functions.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and manage risks across programs with significant business impact.
