About The Position

Prescient Edge is seeking a Senior Project Manager opportunity to support a Federal Government client. Please note that the availability of this position is contingent upon contract award. Planned Systems International (PSI) is seeking an AMOC Project Manager to provide full-time, on-site leadership and oversight of all contract operations supporting the CBP Air and Marine Operations Center. This role is responsible for executing C4I systems maintenance, engineering, integration, and operational support in alignment with mission priorities, performance standards, and contractual requirements. Provide overall leadership, management, and supervision of all contract personnel and resources. Serve as primary interface with the Contracting Officer, COR, and Government stakeholders. Plan, prioritize, and manage activities aligned to real-time mission requirements. Develop and maintain staffing plans ensuring qualified personnel coverage across all task areas. Oversee execution of maintenance, engineering, integration, and operational support across AMOSS, ISR, and telecommunications systems. Ensure adherence to schedule, cost, and performance objectives. Review work discrepancies and implement corrective actions. Represent the contractor at all technical and programmatic meetings. Manage task assignments, workforce utilization, and surge support requirements. Ensure compliance with security, quality assurance, and reporting requirements. Coordinate travel and deployment of personnel to support offsite mission needs.

Requirements

  • Providing overall leadership, management and supervision of C4I project resources to ensure: Work standards are formulated and enforced.
  • Leading a C4I multi-discipline team.
  • Representing the company in all matters related to the contract.
  • Assigning and managing customer projects.
  • Supervisory/management experience in engineering, communications, and/or computer related fields.
  • 10+ year’s experience.
  • Experience supporting maintenance and sustainment of C4I, AMOSS, or ISR systems in operational environments.
  • Experience troubleshooting complex system issues across hardware, software, and network components.
  • Experience working with mission equipment, maintenance tools, and COTS systems.
  • Experience using diagnostic and test equipment to identify and resolve system faults.
  • Demonstrated understanding of operational requirements and ability to apply technical procedures in mission environments.
  • Ability to work in operational environments supporting technical systems.
  • May require standing, walking, and limited lifting of equipment.
  • Ability to travel and deploy to operational locations as required.
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Project management tools such as MS Project or equivalent.
  • Collaboration tools such as Teams and SharePoint.
  • Security Clearance: Secret

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; experience may substitute for degree.
