The goal is to ensure project results meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule and cost. Projects are typically intermediate growth projects. The role requires monitoring performance and recommending schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource additions. It involves leading internal and external resources and communicating throughout the company as well as with external vendors, contractors and customers. This role requires a blend of interpersonal management and technical skills necessary to achieve the desired project outcome.
