The Senior Project Manager - Project Delivery drives technical and commercial outcomes for renewable-energy facility construction, coordinating utilities, power offtakers, lenders, and internal teams to bring projects online on schedule and within budget. The role owns a portfolio—typically two or three photovoltaic (PV) and battery-storage projects—from origination through Final Completion and reports to the Director of Project Delivery. Working with engineering, finance, construction, and business teams, the Senior Project Manager facilitates collaboration and manages budgets and schedules across development, preconstruction, construction, and commissioning. Responsibilities span acquisition risk review; procurement of construction services and critical equipment; negotiation and administration of agreements; utility and ISO interconnection; lender reporting; and accountability for project commitments to offtakers, lenders, utilities, vendors, and construction partners. The role is remote or hybrid and includes travel to projects and partners for up to 25% of the time. The organization describes itself as a lean, fast-paced, growing team with high expectations and significant ownership. The workload can be demanding, and employees are expected to take initiative, solve problems, and adapt as working practices evolve. The company offers a hybrid model intended to support in-person collaboration while retaining flexibility.
