About The Position

HRG is an employee-owned, nationally recognized consulting engineering, planning, and infrastructure solutions firm. They are seeking a Senior Project Manager | Water & Wastewater to join their team in Cranberry Township, PA. This role involves managing environmental water/wastewater projects, preparing designs and reports, administering construction contracts, managing financial resources and project profitability, completing project permitting, and engaging in client relationship management and development. The position also requires communication with other staff for timely and on-budget project completion, and providing project review, QA/QC, and compliance. Additional responsibilities may include staff training and providing recommendations on staffing requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering with environmental emphasis
  • Pennsylvania P.E. licensure
  • 10+ years' project experience involving: Design of water distribution and treatment systems, Wastewater collection, conveyance, and treatment systems and processes, Hydraulics, On lot systems, Environmental assessments
  • Minimum 5-10 years project management experience
  • Ability to provide timely project deliverables
  • Develop and maintain excellent client satisfaction
  • Previous experience with: Computer modeling of water systems, Hydraulic design software, PA DEP regulations
  • Full knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microsoft Office Suite, and various engineering applications are required
  • Team player possessing strong communication, planning, and organizational skills
  • Flexibility to travel to job sites, meetings, and other offices as necessary, which may include overnight stays (Valid US Driver’s License is required)
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
