About The Position

Sika is seeking a passionate Senior Project Manager/Solution Architect SAP TM to join their expanding SAP Team. This role will focus on leading challenging SAP rollouts and digital transformation initiatives using S/4 HANA features to optimize global templates. The ideal candidate will be a team player, comfortable with complex concepts, knowledgeable, capable, and agile, demonstrating strategic agility and the ability to cope with change. The position involves working with external partners to perform rollouts efficiently and shaping group-wide digitalization initiatives. The role requires defining and steering work packages, managing service relationships, ensuring stakeholder alignment, and maintaining robust change, quality, and risk management protocols. A hands-on approach to the SAP TM suite is essential.

Requirements

Worked as project manager in SAP Transportation Management initiative for at least 3- 5 years.
Experience in planning various phases of TM implementation from project initiation, Fit gap, Build, Testing, Go live and hypercare support.
Well-versed with various features, cutover tasks, business activities required for the successful completion of the SAP TM implementation / rollout project.
Strong communicator at multiple levels of the organization with strong and clear verbal and written communication skills.
Strong knowledge of SAP Transportation Management module.
You show empathy and resilience, and you take responsibility when the situation becomes demanding.
Readiness to travel extensively.
Fluent in English; any additional language (e.g., Spanish) is welcomed.

Responsibilities

Lead SAP TM projects from initiation to successful completion.
Manage expectations on the development of solid project plans, with milestones and clear deliverables (in IT and business terms), handling risks, issues and objections.
Manage timelines, budgets and quality without compromise.
Shape group wide digitalization initiatives and translate concepts into solutions that simplify and strengthen core business processes.
Defining, orchestrating, and steering essential work packages across diverse cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with project targets and efficient resource utilization.
Manage overall services relationship end-to-end, steering committees and project office, between SIKA, SI partner and Central SAP template team.
Ensure transparency and rigorous risk management.
Secure alignment across senior stakeholders and anchors delivered solutions sustainably in the organization.
Hand on approach on SAP TM suite.
Vigilantly securing robust change, quality, and risk management protocols within all assigned projects, mitigating potential disruptions and upholding standards.
