About The Position

VIATechnik is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple, high-impact software development projects from early planning through deployment. This is a remote role within the United States, requiring candidates to be based in the Eastern or Central time zones and possess US work authorization. This is not a traditional project management role, but rather a delivery leadership opportunity for someone who wants ownership, impact, and variety across complex software initiatives. Requirements

• Has led multiple complex software development projects in fast-moving environments
• Is comfortable operating without rigid playbooks, tailoring approach based on team, product, and context
• Learns new domains and technologies quickly and applies that learning in real time
• Balances strategic thinking with hands-on execution
• Takes personal ownership for delivery results and team success
• Values continuous improvement over process purity
• US work authorization is required

Responsibilities

• Delivering multiple software projects end-to-end-on time, on scope, and aligned to real business outcomes
• Creating clarity where there is ambiguity, translating goals into executable plans, milestones, and priorities
• Building trust with engineers and stakeholders through clear communication, sound judgment, and follow-through
• Adapting quickly to change-shifting priorities, evolving requirements, new technologies-without losing momentum
• Owning outcomes, not just managing tasks-stepping into details when needed and leading at a higher level when required
• Improving how delivery works, introducing smarter planning, better visibility, and pragmatic process improvements
• Leveraging modern tools, automation, and AI to improve forecasting, reporting, and decision-making across projects
