About The Position
An exciting leadership opportunity is available for an experienced Senior Project Manager / Seller-Doer to drive the growth and delivery of utility infrastructure projects across the Southwest Florida market. This role is ideal for a highly motivated engineering professional with a strong background in utilities engineering, proven business development success, and established client relationships within the Fort Myers and Naples region. The successful candidate will lead complex water, wastewater, and utility infrastructure projects from planning through execution while playing a key role in expanding market presence and strengthening client partnerships. This position combines technical project leadership with strategic business development responsibilities and offers the opportunity to make a significant impact within a growing engineering environment.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in utilities engineering and project management
- Strong background in water, wastewater, and utility infrastructure projects
- Proven business development and client management experience
- Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams
- Ability to manage projects, budgets, and client expectations effectively
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Nice To Haves
- Existing relationships within the Fort Myers/Naples market strongly preferred
- Florida utilities engineering experience highly preferred
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license preferred
